The Secret
So what is the secret to optimum health I hear you say? There is one area that has stood the test of time that is as important now as it ever has been, it is something that is of paramount importance to our sheer existence & survival & yet somehow we seem to have managed to forget just how important it actually is.
It has such a profound influence upon our health & yet we tend to dismiss it as though it is insignificant. Our ancestors embraced it as they appreciated the vital role it has to play in sustaining optimum health & wellbeing.
Yet we tend to neglect it, rather we insist on embracing the latest fad, the latest trend, the latest craze as we are constantly in search of a solution. For those of us who are fortunate enough to identify a solution, albeit only a temporary one, we will be provided with no more than a band aid as by no means will it provide the ultimate resolution. However, the majority of us are not even that fortunate, instead we identify something that either has no effect at all or at worst actually causes us harm.
All this running round in circles, hastily jumping from one thing to the next, yet if we were to just slow down for five minutes to stop & think about it & let common sense prevail, we would soon realise that we have been privileged to the secret for quite some time & that in actual fact, it is not a secret after all.
So what is the one and only secret that has stood the test of time to optimum health & wellbeing; well naturally it is the area of ‘Nutrition’.
